Description:

Deloitte Canada is seeking motivated and experienced professionals to join its Workforce Management (WFM) team as Consultants and Senior Consultants specializing in UKG (Kronos). In this role, you will be part of a dynamic consulting practice that works closely with clients to enhance workforce productivity, streamline scheduling and timekeeping processes, and implement UKG solutions that align with organizational needs.

As a Senior Consultant, you will take on a leadership role by overseeing teams, conducting in-depth client issue analysis, leading client presentations, facilitating requirements and design sessions, and managing UKG configuration projects. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, contributing to project planning and reporting, and ensuring that client deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.

As a Consultant, you will work collaboratively within a team to analyze client requirements, support solution design and configuration, participate in presentations, and ensure effective implementation of UKG systems. You will be expected to provide problem-solving expertise, identify and recommend solutions, and support junior colleagues in configuration activities.

The role requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with strong client service orientation. Experience in Canadian healthcare, staff scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll will be considered strong assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or contribute to analyzing client issues and conducting stakeholder interviews

  • Assist in developing recommendations and preparing detailed client presentations

  • Facilitate or participate in requirements gathering and design workshops

  • Configure UKG (Kronos) software to meet client-specific needs

  • Mentor, guide, and develop junior team members

  • Contribute to project planning, prioritization, and status reporting

  • Identify challenges, define symptoms, and propose actionable solutions

  • Maintain client satisfaction through proactive service excellence

Qualifications:

  • Completed undergraduate degree (postgraduate degree preferred)

  • 1-3 years (Consultant) or 3-5 years (Senior Consultant) of WFM UKG (Kronos) experience

  • Current UKG certifications are required

  • Staff scheduling and timekeeping experience is mandatory

  • Payroll experience is a strong asset

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

  • Ability to travel within Canada (occasional international travel possible)
