Description:
Softchoice, a leading provider of innovative software solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer / Consultant in AI Adoption and Change Management to join its AI Solutions Group. This role is focused on consulting and training initiatives related to Microsoft 365, including Copilot for Microsoft 365, helping organizations successfully adopt AI-powered workplace solutions.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in delivering professional consulting services, leading change management initiatives, and empowering end-users with effective training to optimize the use of AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Training:
Collaborate with clients to assess needs and define objectives.
Design and deliver training plans tailored to client requirements.
Develop comprehensive training materials including instructor-led sessions, user guides, reference documents, and self-paced learning content.
Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Ensure high-quality project execution, meeting timelines and budgets.
Measure training effectiveness through user feedback, surveys, and performance indicators.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for AI adoption strategies.
Partner with sales and account teams to identify service growth opportunities.
Deliver compelling value propositions to stakeholders.
Practice Development:
Contribute to the refinement of AI solution methodologies, frameworks, and deliverables.
Identify opportunities to improve training content, delivery models, and change management methodologies.
Share industry insights and emerging trends to enhance AI solution offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT training, consulting, professional services, or change management.
Proven expertise in AI solutions, particularly Copilot for Microsoft 365, or experience in technology-related change management.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%).
Proficiency in English is mandatory due to daily interactions with English-speaking colleagues and clients.
