A Quebec-based leader in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector is seeking a highly qualified NetSuite Consultant to join its innovative and agile team in Montreal. This is an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology initiatives by leveraging your expertise in ERP systems and finance.

As a NetSuite Consultant, you will play a strategic role in optimizing the ERP platform with a primary focus on financial and accounting processes. Acting as a functional liaison across the Finance, IT, and Operations departments, you will ensure system performance, consistency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Management:

• Administer and optimize NetSuite financial modules (General Ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, intercompany, etc.)

• Ensure performance, consistency, and security of financial processes in the ERP system

• Support system updates, functional evolutions, and integration of third-party applications

Continuous Improvement & Optimization:

• Identify automation opportunities (billing, payments, reconciliations)

• Develop and implement custom reports, saved searches, fields, and dashboards

• Recommend and implement best practices for operational efficiency

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders: Finance Director, Business Analyst, ERP Manager

• Provide user support, manage incidents and requests related to NetSuite

• Lead user training and change management initiatives

Compliance & Industry Awareness:

• Ensure financial process compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards

• Stay updated on new NetSuite features and ERP trends

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, particularly financial modules

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

• SuiteFoundation and/or NetSuite Finance certification (preferred)

• CPA designation (an asset)

• Strong analytical mindset, collaboration skills, and excellent communication abilities
