Klick Consulting is actively seeking a high-performing and passionate Consultant to join its dynamic and rapidly growing team. Based in Toronto, Klick Consulting partners with global clients across the healthcare sector—including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotech—to deliver digital innovation and strategic solutions that drive improved patient outcomes. The team is composed of interdisciplinary experts in business strategy, behavioral science, and AI/ML.

As a Consultant, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver actionable insights and innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting external research, engaging in customer and expert interviews, analyzing both client and research data, and presenting key insights in a clear and compelling manner. You will also be expected to collaborate across disciplines and interact directly with a range of clients, from private businesses to global public corporations.

Applicants should possess at least 3 years of consulting experience focused on healthcare, technology, or data. A postgraduate degree such as an MBA, MPH, or MSc is required, or an equivalent level of vocational experience. Candidates should have hands-on experience in primary and secondary research, facilitating client workshops, and ideally some exposure to design thinking and foresighting. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and participate in ideation and co-creation exercises are essential.
