Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead files in construction litigation matters from intake through resolution

• Represent clients in complex disputes, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings

• Draft pleadings, affidavits, legal opinions, and settlement agreements

• Collaborate with team members and clients to strategize and execute legal solutions

• Maintain excellent client service and adhere to high professional standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of construction litigation experience

• Membership in good standing with a Canadian law society

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to work independently and manage complex caseloads remotely
