Our client is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join their dynamic, fast-paced Commercial Real Estate Law practice group. This position provides a great opportunity for experienced law clerks to work on complex real estate and land development transactions. The successful candidate must be able to handle files independently or as part of a team, and possess a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program.

• At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law.

• Experience working on complex real estate and land development transactions.

• Ability to manage files independently or as part of a team.

• Residential Real Estate Law experience is an asset.

• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude.
