• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Resourceful and able to problem-solve effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Typing proficiency of at least 60 words per minute.
• Level 1 insurance license is required.
• Ability to work from the office only.
