Proactively meet with entrepreneurs, clients, and prospects to understand their business goals and challenges.
Identify suitable BDC financing solutions and advisory services that align with clients’ growth and operational needs.
Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of business clients while ensuring strong client retention and satisfaction.
Execute a well-defined action plan to achieve personal and business center objectives.
Analyze, structure, and negotiate credit and financing proposals while maintaining sound credit judgment.
Foster strong relationships with business owners, partners, and community stakeholders to generate new opportunities.
Deliver exceptional service and professional advice that helps entrepreneurs grow sustainably and strategically.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial lending, business analysis, or business development.
Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships effectively.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
Deep interest in entrepreneurship and a strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel within the designated areas.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and growth targets.
Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer focus.
