Description:
- Technically lead and represent the Cloud RAN Operations (CI) Team.
- Facilitate/plan/drive needed pipeline changes.
- Oversee, prioritize, and guide day to day CI operations related activities.
- Build, coach and motivate the team.
- Support the team in removing obstacles, continuously develop and refine current processes.
- Drive the resolution of impediments to the CI flow.
- Influence decisions for safe introduction of tools, platforms and tests.
- Ensure connectivity between data pipelines and visualization tools
- Promote Intelligent analysis (AI/ML) of production environment data to optimize the CI flow.
- Facilitate effective meetings and agile ceremonies like regular scrums, team meetings and retrospectives
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and demonstrations to the cloud RAN organisation.
To be successful in the role you must have
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in the product life cycle: design-code-troubleshoot
- Test experience in a major wireless standard (e.g., LTE, NR)
- Experience working with software configuration management and CI tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Spinnaker etc.)
- Good solid understanding of Linux
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker desirable
- Working knowledge of industry AI/ML tools and 3PP software
- Experience fixing issues in a cloud environment desirable Leadership
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to mobilize people around you
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills, adaptive to a dynamic environment
- Good planning and organizational skills
