Description:

Warman O’Brien, a top-tier global CRO partner, is seeking a Senior Lead Clinical Data Manager to join their remote team across Canada or the US. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead clinical data management operations for multiple global studies, collaborating directly with top pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors.

As a Clinical Data Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of clinical trial data—from database design and validation to team leadership and delivery of high-quality, audit-ready results. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, drive strategy, ensure compliance, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client contact for all Data Management (DM) deliverables.

  • Lead 2–3 studies concurrently, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Design, build, and validate clinical trial databases ensuring integrity and accuracy.

  • Oversee the full data management process from data entry to database lock.

  • Coordinate and mentor global teams to achieve operational excellence.

  • Identify process improvements and contribute to data-driven project strategies.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance (GCP, ICH, FDA, EMA, etc.) throughout all project phases.

  • Lead sponsor meetings and present study progress, timelines, and deliverables.
