As a Client Services Representative, you will play a key role in managing investor inquiries and ensuring consistent, clear communication. You will support both internal departments and external stakeholders, maintaining exceptional service standards throughout every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and become proficient in training materials, including company press releases and internal documentation, to effectively communicate with securityholders.

• Handle inbound client calls and ensure timely follow-up on voicemails, addressing inquiries from start to resolution.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, ensuring detailed call logs are completed.

• Generate and submit weekly and monthly reports to support internal operations and stakeholder communication.

• Assist with various administrative duties as needed to support departmental functions.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a high-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and clear communication style.

• Strong customer service orientation and a polished, courteous phone manner.

• Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the financial or investment industry.
