Client Services Associate

 

Description:

Softek is seeking a highly motivated Client Services Associate to join their global Client Service team. This full-time role supports clients in North America, Europe, and Africa, requiring attention to detail and the ability to react efficiently to client needs in a fast-paced environment. The position provides the opportunity to work closely with senior financial and technology professionals in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting, contributing to the company’s growth while delivering excellent customer service. The role also requires communication and interpersonal skills as the candidate will interact directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond efficiently to client requests by email and/or phone

  • Build an understanding of Softek’s services and provide online or onsite training

  • Proactively identify and communicate potential opportunities or issues to the team and management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Skills and Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or under direction

  • Strong collaborator and team player

  • Analytical thinker with the ability to evaluate data, identify issues, and generate ideas

  • Ability to prioritize workloads and work efficiently under pressure

  • Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Undergraduate degree in a numerical field (e.g., Maths, Engineering, Physics, Finance, Economics)

  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio is a plus

  • Knowledge of finance and capital markets is a plus
