Description:
Softek is seeking a highly motivated Client Services Associate to join their global Client Service team. This full-time role supports clients in North America, Europe, and Africa, requiring attention to detail and the ability to react efficiently to client needs in a fast-paced environment. The position provides the opportunity to work closely with senior financial and technology professionals in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting, contributing to the company’s growth while delivering excellent customer service. The role also requires communication and interpersonal skills as the candidate will interact directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond efficiently to client requests by email and/or phone
Build an understanding of Softek’s services and provide online or onsite training
Proactively identify and communicate potential opportunities or issues to the team and management
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Skills and Requirements:
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or under direction
Strong collaborator and team player
Analytical thinker with the ability to evaluate data, identify issues, and generate ideas
Ability to prioritize workloads and work efficiently under pressure
Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Undergraduate degree in a numerical field (e.g., Maths, Engineering, Physics, Finance, Economics)
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio is a plus
Knowledge of finance and capital markets is a plus
