Client Relationship Manager

Quantum is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join a prestigious cross-border wealth advisory firm located in the heart of downtown Montreal. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing top-tier service to high-net-worth individuals from Canada and the United States. Your focus will be to help these clients with their financial, investment, and tax planning needs.

As a Client Relationship Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional service and support.

• Managing account documentation for both Canadian and U.S. clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy.

• Handling client cash transactions (wires, EFTs, checks) with precision.

• Supporting the onboarding process for new clients, coordinating necessary paperwork for financial, investment, and tax planning services.

• Assisting in the preparation for annual investment reviews, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.

• Collaborating with advisors to organize key data and documentation for financial planning purposes.

• Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management, portfolio administration, or financial services.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• A client-first approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts and shifting needs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with KYC processes and cross-border financial operations is a strong advantage.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an asset.
