Description:
Invesco Canada, a leading global asset manager, is hiring a Bilingual Client Relations Representative to join their Client Relations department in Toronto. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional client service in both English and French within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As part of the Client Relations team, you will focus on fostering strong customer relationships, delivering high-quality service, and promoting a “client-first” culture. You will interact with clients through multiple channels and be expected to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and add value through meaningful engagement and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive inbound client calls and represent Invesco professionally across all media platforms.
Build strong rapport with clients by engaging them in value-driven conversations about Invesco’s products and services.
Collaborate with internal departments and representatives to resolve service issues and maintain client relationships.
Provide solutions to administrative service issues such as rejected trades or other account problems.
Ensure timely follow-up on all information and documentation requested by clients.
Deliver insights and ideas to help clients operate more efficiently using Invesco’s tools and services.
Consistently meet or exceed departmental quality and performance metrics.
Multitask effectively while remaining accessible to clients and responsive to their needs.
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal).
Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Post-secondary education strongly preferred.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues independently.
A desire to grow within the investment management industry.
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse and team-oriented culture.
Workplace Model:
Hybrid working model: At least 3 days per week onsite in the Toronto office, with 2 days of remote work in coordination with your manager.
