The Manager, Client Partnerships is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving business development, overseeing client engagement, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong business acumen and consultative abilities, along with the confidence to partner with and advise senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow new client relationships across target geographic areas and industries.
  • Lead discovery meetings and pitch presentations, articulating the firm’s value proposition and custom solutions to executive audiences.
  • Own the client onboarding process, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and scope alignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and delivery of high-quality service throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment and advisory mandates.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, panels, and networking forums to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
     

About The Candidate

  • Polished and commercially savvy professional with 5+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, HR consulting, or professional services.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial (these are 'must-have' skillsets for success in this role).
  • Proven track record in business development or revenue-generating roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives.
  • Strong understanding of business and organizational dynamics, and a genuine passion for client success
  • Strong project and client management skills, with high attention to detail and follow-through.
