Client Operations Coordinator

 

Description:

Dentsu drives business performance through data-driven personalized and connected experiences to help clients meet measurable business goals across digital and traditional media platforms. The Client Operations Coordinator will provide high-quality media operations support, including campaign delivery, client and budget management, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include managing campaign timelines, supporting media operations partners, maintaining client relationships, assisting with client transitions, budget tracking, reporting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role demands collaboration across multiple teams and adherence to best practices and policies to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Media, Advertising, Finance, Business, or a related field

  • Proven ability to manage urgent deadlines and build relationships with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience driving continuous improvement and delivering excellent customer service
