They are currently seeking an experienced Client Manager to join their Concierge Team – Personal Lines in Oshawa, Ontario. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work while providing an opportunity to manage VIP clients and deliver a high level of personalized insurance service.

As a Client Manager, you’ll play a key role in providing “one-stop” customer service, supporting a portfolio of high-value clients through proactive relationship management, coverage advice, renewals, and retention initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell and enhance client value through NFP’s comprehensive service offerings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Concierge clients through proactive sales, service, and renewal management.

  • Provide expert advice on personal insurance coverage and ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and comprehensive support.

  • Collaborate with NFP’s Private Client Group and other business lines to deliver seamless, high-value service.

  • Contribute to premium growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities and referring clients to other service lines where appropriate.

  • Stay informed about insurer partner products, market trends, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.

  • Maintain detailed records and manage client interactions efficiently using Broker Management Systems (EPIC and ARS preferred).

  • Handle a high volume of clients with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Support NFP’s customer retention goals by consistently delivering a world-class experience.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Active RIBO License required (additional provincial licenses are an asset).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in a client-facing or account management capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and markets.

  • Proficiency with Broker Management Systems (EPIC and ARS considered an asset).

  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in cross-selling, upselling, and remarketing insurance products.

  • Professional insurance designations such as CAIB, CIP, or CRM are considered an advantage.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with remote and in-office colleagues.
