Proof Experiences, an award-winning experiential marketing and brand experience agency, is seeking a Supervisor, Client Experience to lead, manage, and execute impactful experiential education and event marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced professional who excels at overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
The Supervisor, Client Experience will take ownership of managing client relationships, developing creative marketing initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success through meticulous planning, budgeting, and performance measurement. This position also provides the opportunity to work on campaigns that address significant societal challenges — including social, environmental, and health-related issues — leveraging experiential marketing to raise awareness and drive positive change.
Lead and manage day-to-day client accounts, overseeing program management, communications, and project delivery.
Collaborate with creative, production, and field excellence teams to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability and optimal resource allocation.
Track KPIs and performance metrics to assess program impact and provide ROI reports to clients.
Guide and mentor team members through goal-setting, feedback, and performance development.
Participate in new business opportunities and pitches, collaborating with leadership to grow the client base.
Oversee accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining cost control and cash flow.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, anticipating future needs and aligning services with strategic goals.
Prepare comprehensive performance reports and strategic recommendations for client growth.
Minimum 5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, or a related agency role.
Deep understanding of the experiential marketing landscape and industry trends.
Proven expertise in managing large-scale project budgets and ensuring profitability.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing junior team members.
Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Must hold an Ontario G-class driver’s license (or equivalent).
Interest in the education sector and comfort working on campaigns with sensitive or societal themes.
