Client Engagement Lead

 

Description:

  • Related degree, preferably in Communications, Business, or Public Administration with a focus on communications and marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing multi-channel, client-focused communication and design projects.
  • Preference given to those with experience in K to 12 education system and an understanding of instructional design.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodology.
  • Experience in creating and supporting complex governance structures.
  • Experience establishing collaborative relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and coaching multi-disciplinary senior level professionals and/or managers in the development of complex communications.
  • Experience in business communications planning and change management.
  • Experience in directing the work of other communications professionals, professional employees and/or external contractors.
