Client Care Coordinator

 

Description:

Hearing Freedom is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Client Care Coordinator to join its team in a part-time, job-sharing role. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting patients, managing office operations, and assisting with hearing aid care and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care.

  • Answer phone calls and emails in a courteous and timely manner.

  • Manage appointments and scheduling effectively.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document scanning.

  • Support office management, including supplies ordering and billing.

  • Clean and troubleshoot hearing aids and related accessories.

  • Manage shipping and receiving of hearing aid orders and repairs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Personable, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills, particularly in assisting senior clients.

  • Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office software.

  • Fluency in English is required; French language skills are an asset.

Schedule:

  • 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM on alternating days (business hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

  • Two-week schedule: Week 1 (Mon/Wed/Fri), Week 2 (Tue/Thu).

Start Date: September 15, 2025 (flexible).
Interview Dates: Week of September 8, 2025.
