Description:
Hearing Freedom is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Client Care Coordinator to join its team in a part-time, job-sharing role. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting patients, managing office operations, and assisting with hearing aid care and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care.
Answer phone calls and emails in a courteous and timely manner.
Manage appointments and scheduling effectively.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document scanning.
Support office management, including supplies ordering and billing.
Clean and troubleshoot hearing aids and related accessories.
Manage shipping and receiving of hearing aid orders and repairs.
Candidate Profile:
Personable, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills, particularly in assisting senior clients.
Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office software.
Fluency in English is required; French language skills are an asset.
Schedule:
7:45 AM – 4:30 PM on alternating days (business hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
Two-week schedule: Week 1 (Mon/Wed/Fri), Week 2 (Tue/Thu).
Start Date: September 15, 2025 (flexible).
Interview Dates: Week of September 8, 2025.
