Client Account Manager

Your responsibilities:
 

  • build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service
  • serve as the primary contact for client orders (foreign exchange, wire payments, loans, deposits)
  • collaborate with internal teams (trading, portfolio management, operations) to ensure a seamless client experience
  • manage account procedures, including opening/closing accounts, suitability assessments, and KYC/due diligence
  • support client advisors in meeting preparation and participate in client meetings as needed

Join the Toronto client coverage team, working closely with Client Advisors to provide bespoke services to high-net-worth families. Contribute to managing, preserving, and growing client wealth through partnership at every stage.

Your expertise
 

  • minimum 5 years’ client-facing experience in financial services or equivalent commercial experience
  • strong understanding of financial products (deposits, banking, brokerage, custody, investment, credit)
  • effective relationship management, situational awareness, and initiative
  • excellent judgment, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex information confidently
  • CIM or CFA designation, or willingness to complete licensing within 12 months of hire
