Are you a seasoned Claims Supervisor, well-versed in the Workers Compensation landscape having 5+ years of experience in the California WC? Your skills are needed at ALOIS Solutions!

📍Location: Ontario, CA (Hybrid) - 2 days in-office per week, with the first 3 in-office days for training.

Key responsibilities:
• Analyzing complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due
• Handling high exposure claims involving litigation & rehabilitation
• Ensuring ongoing adjudication of claims as per service expectations, industry best practices, & specific client service requirements
• Identifying subrogation of claims & negotiating settlements

Mandatory: SIP Certification
