What You’ll Do:

• Support clients with personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and daily activities
• Work across diverse care settings – home care, facilities, and hospitals
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful client connections
• Monitor and report health changes
• Maintain a safe and empowering environment

What You Need:

• Certified PSW in Ontario
• Completed NACC Final Theory Exam
• Valid CPR & First Aid
• Vulnerable Sector Police Check (within last 6–12 months)
• COVID-19 vaccination proof/ Immunization record
• Reliable transportation across the GTA
