Description:

Cineplex is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Cast Members to join their Peterborough theatre team. Cast Members are responsible for providing each guest with an exceptional entertainment experience in a fast-paced, social, and exciting environment. This role is ideal for individuals who love movies, enjoy working with the public, and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere

• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members

• Be available to work weekends, late evenings, and some weeknights

• Participate in theatre operations including concessions, ticketing, and guest support

• Follow all health, safety, and accessibility policies

Qualifications & Skills:

• Team-oriented, friendly, and outgoing personality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment

• Superior communication skills

• Smart Serve Certification and/or Pro Serve Certification (Ontario only) is an asset

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres (Ontario only)
