Description:

Only About Children (OAC), part of the global Bright Horizons network, is seeking a Campus Director for its Concord campus in Vaughan, Ontario. This role offers an exciting leadership opportunity to manage campus operations and take part in OAC’s 2025 Campus Director training program, designed to enable directors to become the ‘CEO of their Campus’.

The Concord campus provides children with an engaging and safe environment, including outdoor play areas, gardens, and four age-based indoor learning spaces. The Campus Director will oversee the centre’s operations with a focus on five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety, and Financial Performance, while receiving mentorship, tools, and technology to succeed.

This role provides significant opportunities for career growth, internal progression, and exposure to a global network of campuses in Canada, the US, and the UK.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all operations of the Concord campus.

  • Implement and uphold OAC’s HEART principles: Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.

  • Take ownership of financial performance, quality of education, safety compliance, and growth initiatives.

  • Participate in the 2025 Campus Director training program to develop leadership skills and operational autonomy.

  • Mentor and support staff, foster professional development, and create a positive workplace culture.

  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children, adhering to all regulatory requirements including Employee Working with Children Checks.

  • Represent OAC in internal leadership networks and external engagements.


Candidate Requirements:

  • ECT or Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education.

  • Strong leadership and advocacy skills.

  • Experience managing early childhood education programs or centres.

  • Commitment to staff mentoring, professional development, and operational excellence.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
