Responsibilities:
- – Produce AutoCAD drawings for:
- – Drawings for Condition Assessment Reports
- – Design, Tender and Construction Working Drawings
- – Prepare quantity takeoffs and budget estimates
- – Site work:
- – Jobsite work progress review
- – As-built measuring for design purposes
Requirements & Qualifications
- – 2+ years’ experience in Architectural Drafting/AutoCAD drawing production
- – Proficiency with AutoCAD 2012
- – Good oral and written English communication skills, with ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- – Experience with Sketchup or Revit and Adobe photoshop is an asset
- – Must have the ability to read Architectural drawings and details and understand construction methods.
- – Knowledge and understanding of building envelope concepts is preferred
- – Attention to detail, thoroughness in data gathering and accuracy in calculations
- – Willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- – Self-motivated team player
