Description:

Dentsu, a globally recognized and award-winning media and marketing communications company, is seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative Manager, Buying B2B to join their B2B media practice in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be a campaign execution expert, passionate about strategic media innovation and driving results from brand awareness to demand generation. This is an on-site, full-time permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a global network of over 1,000 integrated B2B specialists.

You will play a key role in planning, managing, and executing media campaigns across multiple platforms and formats while working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure effective delivery of B2B marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, buying, execution, and measurement of B2B media campaigns including social media, search, content syndication, ABM, lead generation, and brand initiatives.

  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop content and collateral for campaign activations.

  • Develop and execute campaigns that align with client business goals—from awareness to conversion.

  • Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.

  • Monitor performance and optimize based on analytics and reporting metrics.

  • Support media activation by handling administrative and technical tasks as needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B media planning experience, ideally within an agency or client service role.

  • Strong grasp of full-funnel media strategies including lead nurturing, syndication, email, video, social, and search.

  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Demandbase, 6Sense, and marketing automation tools.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project prioritization skills.

  • Creative problem-solving mindset and a strategic thinker.

  • Experience in the Canadian media landscape and working with large enterprises is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools like Salesforce.com and Google Analytics.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: CAD 75,000/year (~CAD 6,250/month) – CAD 80,000/year (~CAD 6,667/month)
