Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Recently completed a graduate or undergraduate university program, or be expected to graduate in 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of customer service—paired with an educational background in areas such as information technology, computer science, data analytics, business administration, communications, or related disciplines is a valuable asset. Experience or coursework in fields like project management, systems analysis, user experience, or digital transformation are considered a strong asset.
- The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong interest in customer and patient needs, has effective analytical and problem-solving skills, is adaptable and innovative, and excels in in a team centric environment.
