**Work Model:** Hybrid – Minimum 4 days per week at the downtown Toronto/client office.
### Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong functional knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and support insurance technology delivery in an Agile environment.
### Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
* Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
* Apply Guidewire PolicyCenter knowledge to solution analysis and delivery.
* Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements and dependencies.
* Analyze existing processes and identify system-change requirements.
* Collaborate with developers, QA professionals, product owners, and project stakeholders.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
* Support functional analysis during development and testing.
* Assist with issue analysis and requirements validation.
* Maintain accurate business and functional documentation.
### Required Skills and Qualifications
* **5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.**
* Strong functional knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter.
* Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
* Experience creating user stories and process flows.
* Experience working with Agile delivery teams.
