Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Capital Markets, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA automation, and SQL. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop automation solutions, and support data analysis and reporting for financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
• Build automation workflows using Power Automate / RPA tools.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with trading platforms, market data feeds, and risk systems.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support business and regulatory needs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications and database queries.
• Support UAT, production deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain experience
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• RPA Automation (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism – any)
• SQL / SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, data analysis)
• Techno-functional analysis and stakeholder management
• Integration with financial or trading systems
