Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team, with a primary focus on designing and implementing technical integrations across multiple platforms. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to gather business requirements, assess system capabilities, and build solutions that streamline system integration and enable efficient data exchange and workflow automation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to fully understand business needs and actively identify opportunities for technical integrations.
- Analyze current systems—including software applications, databases, and infrastructure—to assess integration feasibility and uncover any potential challenges.
- Partner with enterprise architects and Salesforce architects to design and recommend integration solutions, covering everything from data mapping and workflow automation to system interfaces.
- Work hand-in-hand with development teams to implement these integration solutions, ensuring alignment with both business requirements and organizational standards.
- Investigate and resolve integration-related issues, providing prompt and effective support to the QE team and other stakeholders when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Clearly communicate integration plans, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders to ensure transparency and manage expectations effectively.
- Collaborate with fellow Business Systems Analysts to align on functional standards across the ADX program.
Qualifications & Skills
- Integration technologies: Hands-on experience with integration platforms, APIs, and messaging systems such as MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, and RESTful APIs.
- Data formats and protocols: Familiarity with formats like JSON, XML, CSV and protocols such as HTTP, FTP, and SFTP.
- Database management: Solid understanding of database concepts and practical experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud platforms: Experience working with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their integration capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a business systems analyst or similar role with a strong focus on technical integration projects.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, Salesforce) are a plus.
