We’re seeking an experienced Business Specialist to support cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives within a large, complex organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and cybersecurity requirements, helping strengthen security practices, improve processes, and support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Support cybersecurity Governance, Risk amp; Compliance (GRC) initiatives, including risk assessments, gap analyses, and control evaluations.
🔹 Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, workflows, and process documentation.
🔹 Contribute to cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and compliance assessments.
🔹 Identify risks, assess control effectiveness, and support remediation planning and tracking.
🔹 Prepare reports, deliver presentations, and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
🔹 Help improve cybersecurity processes, reporting, and alignment with industry frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or an MBA.
✅ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on large, complex projects.
✅ Strong experience developing business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and workflows.
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ CBAP certification or equivalent.
⭐ Agile or Scrum certification is considered an asset.
