Description:

Empire Life is seeking a Business Process Lead III to drive the implementation, governance, and evolution of AI-driven process improvements across the organization. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead impactful AI initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and enterprise innovation.

The successful candidate will act as a key leader and AI ambassador, fostering adoption and best practices, and collaborating across departments to align technological capabilities with business goals. This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage AI-powered business process improvement initiatives from planning to execution

  • Promote and drive adoption of AI technologies aligned with company strategy and customer outcomes

  • Establish and uphold AI governance standards and best practices across departments

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, deliver, and optimize AI solutions

  • Provide subject matter expertise in AI to refine systems and elevate process effectiveness

  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to measure initiative impact and guide innovation

  • Translate complex technical insights into actionable and comprehensible messages for diverse audiences

  • Contribute to R&D by evaluating emerging AI tools and methods for practical application

  • Ensure customer experience remains central in the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in business process improvement, preferably with AI implementation

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders

  • Proven analytical thinking and independent problem-solving capability

  • Ability to adapt quickly within dynamic, innovation-driven environments
