SAP — one of the world’s leading enterprise application software companies — is seeking a Senior People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to join its Engineering & Technology division in Vancouver, BC. This strategic role is designed for a results-driven HR professional who thrives on partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational excellence, transformation, and culture evolution.
The selected candidate will act as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant to executives and senior managers in the Product Engineering (PE) and Technology & Innovation (T&I) units. This position plays a critical role in aligning SAP’s business goals with its people strategy and ensuring that HR initiatives directly contribute to company performance, engagement, and innovation.
Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to senior executives and leadership teams, providing guidance on all People & Culture matters.
Partner with the business to translate strategic goals into actionable HR programs, ensuring alignment with SAP’s global People Agenda.
Drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, and cultural change initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ensure consistent execution of HR programs and policies across business areas while influencing scalable solutions in collaboration with P&C Services and Global HR Practices (Total Rewards, Talent Discovery, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.).
Offer strategic consulting and operational excellence to accelerate SAP’s business transformation goals.
Analyze P&C data and metrics to inform decision-making and influence business strategy.
Provide project management leadership for people-related workstreams in major transformation initiatives.
Promote employee engagement, leadership development, and change management strategies to strengthen SAP’s culture.

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR or People & Culture experience, preferably in a matrixed, international organization.
In-depth understanding of SAP’s business model, strategy, and organizational structure (preferred).
Proven ability to manage relationships and collaborate effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
Strong consulting, negotiation, and strategic influencing skills.
Proficiency in project management and change leadership.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics for strategic insights.
Demonstrated success in driving large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written).
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
