I Know A Pro is a fast-growing, online, for-profit company focused on digital platforms and services, prioritizing operational excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The Business Manager will play a strategic and hands-on role in managing core business areas remotely. This position involves leading operations, client acquisition, marketing initiatives, and team management, contributing significantly to the company’s growth. The role is part-time, flexible, and high-impact, requiring a proactive and experienced professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement client acquisition and retention strategies to grow and maintain the customer base.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including campaign coordination, content planning, and data analytics.
Manage daily business operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of systems.
Supervise and guide a part-time administrative support team member.
Collaborate with accounting on budgeting, cash flow, and financial tracking.
Support strategic planning and business development by evaluating KPIs and improving processes.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in business management or operations, ideally within a web-based environment.
Proven track record in client acquisition and digital marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Highly organized, analytical, self-directed with excellent communication abilities.
Proficient with online tools such as CRM, CMS, payment processors, and marketing software.
Compensation:
Annual salary range from $18,000 to $27,000 based on experience.
Flexible part-time schedule of one day per week.
