Froogal.ai is currently seeking a Sales & Growth Specialist on a contract basis to help accelerate revenue, build a strong customer pipeline, and contribute directly to the company’s long-term growth vision. This is a highly entrepreneurial and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to work directly with leadership to shape sales strategies, explore new markets, and develop scalable growth processes. Exceptional performance in this role can lead to a permanent leadership position as Froogal expands its Sales & Growth division.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Building: Research, identify, and engage new leads within target industries and verticals.

  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute outreach sequences including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to generate qualified meetings.

  • Sales Execution: Conduct product demos, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and close new business opportunities.

  • Growth Collaboration: Partner with marketing to refine messaging, run test campaigns, and support demand generation initiatives.

  • Partnership Development: Identify and pursue strategic alliances that can drive long-term market expansion.

  • Performance Analytics: Track key sales metrics, maintain CRM accuracy, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

  • Playbook Creation: Develop and document repeatable sales and growth strategies to support scalability as the team expands.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–5 years of proven success in sales, business development, or growth-focused roles, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.

  • Strong record of prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.

  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to progress into a leadership position within a high-growth organization.
