The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying prospects, executing high-volume outbound outreach campaigns, and booking a significant number of qualified meetings for our sales and leadership teams. Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and target prospective clients across Aerospace, Energy, Utilities, and emergency services sectors
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and social selling channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities
- Generate a high volume of qualified appointments and discovery meetings monthly
Appointment Setting & Qualification
- Qualify opportunities using BANT, MEDDIC, or similar sales methodologies
- Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and leadership teams
- Ensure all meetings are properly qualified and documented
- Consistently exceed appointment-setting and activity targets
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities within CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar
- Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and appointment performance
- Follow up persistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints
Collaboration
- Partner closely with Account Executives and Recruitment teams to support revenue growth
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead nurturing activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, Recruitment, or Technology Sales
- Proven track record of consistently booking qualified meetings and achieving aggressive activity targets
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable making 60–70+ outbound calls and outreach activities daily
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar
- Experience selling technology services, recruitment services, staffing solutions, software solutions, engineering services, or professional services is highly desirable
- Experience within (not all) Hardware, Software, Robotics, AI, Automation, Manufacturing Technology, Aerospace, Energy, or Engineering sectors is an asset
- Strong self-motivation, resilience, competitiveness, and a hunter mentality
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred
