Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Patient Acquisition
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and digital platforms
- Develop and implement patient acquisition strategies for our core services:
- Obesity Management
- Pain Management
- Mental Health & Psychotherapy
- Geriatrics and Advance Care Planning
- Health Coaching and Wellness Programs
- Virtual Family Medicine
B2B Partnership Development
- Build strategic partnerships with:
- Corporate clients for employee health coaching programs
- Senior living facilities for advance care planning
- Healthcare networks and referral sources
- Technology partners and integration opportunities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Manage monthly marketing budget across channels
- Create and optimize targeted campaigns emphasizing our AI-powered platform advantages
- Develop content marketing strategies and patient success stories
- Track and analyze KPIs: cost per lead, conversion rates, patient acquisition costs
Business Development & Scaling
- Support fundraising efforts and investor relations
- Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities
- Help scale operations to sustainable business
- Collaborate on pricing strategies and service expansion
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in business development, sales, and marketing
- Proven track record in patient/customer acquisition
- Experience with digital marketing (Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles
- Healthcare industry experience (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare marketing or telemedicine
- Knowledge of Ontario healthcare system and OHIP billing
- Background in startup environments
- Corporate wellness program sales experience
- CRM and marketing automation platform experience
