Strategic Collaboration: Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of training processes through performance indicators, reports, and recommendations.
Promotion and Outreach: Promote FSI’s programs by organizing and participating in information and networking events and professional activities.
Quality Assessment: Evaluate service quality and client satisfaction, analyze post-training surveys, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance effectiveness.
