The successful candidate will be creative and will develop, manage and own the results for all business development and referral marketing partnership initiatives including the below:
Business and Referral Relationship Development
- Develop and execute strategies that drive new clients to the firm, including referral relationships and community publicity.
- Research and communicate with potential referral sources through lawyer events, lawyer publications, health professionals and other professionals who service injured people in the community.
- Support all firm members in the management of their contact networks, including staying top-of-mind with key contacts.
- Oversee firm’s referral partner list building, email marketing initiatives, including campaign management and reporting.
