Description:
RSM, a leading provider of professional services to the middle market globally, is seeking a Supervisor for its Business Applications ServiceNow practice. This role focuses on delivering cutting-edge solutions within the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite to clients across diverse industries. The position offers a dynamic work environment with a strong emphasis on inclusion, innovation, and professional growth.
The Supervisor will lead client engagements, provide strategic advice on project and portfolio management, and ensure the successful design and delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to pre-sales efforts, including RFIs/RFPs. Occasional travel (up to 20%) is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead workshops with clients and internal experts to gather business needs
Analyze and document project and portfolio processes and translate into ServiceNow configurations
Design and deliver ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with client goals
Develop functional designs, user stories, workflows, and process flows
Provide expertise in agile management, UI design, and workflow automation
Collaborate with technical teams for troubleshooting and customizations
Mentor team members in ServiceNow architecture and best practices
Respond to RFIs/RFPs and support business development
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SPM methodologies and ServiceNow advancements
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years in IT integration, consulting, or performance services
5+ years of experience in project portfolio management
Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Familiarity with business process evaluation, project management, and organizational change
Experience with tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Strong data analysis and technical troubleshooting abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of ServiceNow experience
Experience with Agile SDLC and full-cycle ServiceNow implementation
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSA, or CIS
Previous work in large organizations or professional services firms
Knowledge of data privacy regulations
Hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow modules and systems integrations
Experience in workflow analysis and process re-engineering
