Ulta Beauty is seeking a passionate and skilled Brow Waxing Expert to join their on-site team in Yukon, OK. This full-time position is tailored for licensed cosmetologists or estheticians who have a flair for customer service and beauty transformations, particularly in brow and facial waxing, tinting, and makeup applications.

As an Arch Expert, you will work with the Benefit Brow Bar inside Ulta Beauty to offer a unique customer experience. You’ll engage directly with guests to understand their beauty needs, provide high-quality brow services, and support sales through product recommendations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your clientele, develop your skills through training, and work alongside top professionals in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform brow and facial waxing, tinting, threading, tweezing, and short beauty services (strip lashes, skincare analysis, makeup application).

• Drive sales by recommending Benefit and Ulta Beauty products and services aligned with guests’ preferences.

• Maintain the Brow Bar’s cleanliness, hygiene, and product displays according to company policies.

• Use scheduling systems to manage client appointments for ongoing services and promotional events.

• Attend ongoing Benefit/Ulta training sessions and workshops to keep up with trends and product innovations.

• Collaborate with the wider store team, including Prestige consultants and salon professionals, to ensure customer satisfaction and store performance.

• Educate guests about Ulta’s loyalty program and mobile app benefits.

Qualifications:

• Cosmetology or esthetics license required (based on state law).

• High school diploma preferred.

• Prior experience in eyebrow/facial waxing, tinting, and makeup application highly desirable.

• Proven ability to build and retain clientele and work toward sales and service goals.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Work Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Ability to stand and move continuously during shifts.

• Must be able to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.

• Frequent bending, stooping, and coordination tasks as part of service performance.
