Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate with underwriters to secure optimal terms, conditions, and competitive pricing for both new and existing clients.
Review policies and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreed terms.
Collaborate with Account Executives to develop tailored coverage strategies and innovative marketing initiatives for renewals and new business.
Analyze client-specific risk exposures, determine detailed coverage requirements, and present comprehensive marketing proposals.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with underwriters to benefit clients.
Follow up with insurers to confirm that all negotiated contract terms are honored.
Approve and manage documentation for new contracts, policy changes, endorsements, additions, deletions, and renewals.
Act as a mentor and peer coach for Associate Brokers and Broking Coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Provide leadership and guidance to the broking team while promoting standard practices across the business.
Contribute to strategic projects and other assigned responsibilities that enhance client satisfaction and organizational growth.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
5 to 10 years of broking or related insurance/risk management experience.
French and English bilingualism is essential due to frequent interaction with clients and partners in Quebec, across Canada, and internationally.
Strong client-facing skills with a proven record of building long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Demonstrated success in prioritizing competing demands and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
High level of digital literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
