Ribit AI, a rapidly growing automotive technology company, is looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic team. As a fast-scaling SaaS business, Ribit AI is redefining how dealerships connect with customers by leveraging cutting-edge AI-powered solutions to drive sales and customer engagement. With global expansion underway, this is an exciting opportunity to join early and play a hands-on role in shaping the company’s marketing presence.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives. You will manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns, expand the company’s YouTube presence, and contribute to video production and editing. Applying SEO best practices, you will work closely with the SEO team to maximize digital reach and visibility. You will design and schedule engaging content across social media platforms, interview clients to create case studies, and research public relations opportunities to strengthen the company’s media presence.
Additionally, you will support trade show planning, booth design, and event material development, while brainstorming and launching creative marketing campaigns tailored to clients. Your responsibilities will also extend to writing compelling copy for dealer campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and web channels. You will assist in developing and QA testing AI prompt writing for Ribit’s platform and help manage ClickFunnels setup and campaign funnels, ensuring smooth execution of marketing funnels.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or design (Creative Communications diploma/degree preferred).
Strong creative drive, with a passion for technology, storytelling, and innovation.
Excellent multitasking abilities with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
Strong writing and design skills, with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
Experience with SEO, campaign management, and social media marketing.
Bonus: Exposure to the automotive industry or SaaS solutions (not required but an asset).
