Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Digital Platforms and Brand Identity Specialist plays a central role in managing and evolving the hospital’s web platforms and brand identity, including those of the Carrefour santé Aline-Chrétien (CSAC). This role involves developing and implementing innovative digital and visual strategies aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values, ensuring a high-quality user experience that meets accessibility standards.

Key responsibilities include designing, overseeing, and optimizing various websites, ensuring their security, performance, and adaptability. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to identify development needs, implement innovative solutions, and apply best practices. The role also involves ensuring brand consistency and distinctiveness by developing high-quality, harmonized visual concepts in line with graphic standards and partner coordination.

Additionally, the specialist will manage assigned projects, provide internal client support, advise on technological and visual choices, deliver training on digital tools, and ensure the implementation of strategic solutions. The position requires fluency in French and English, proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, HTML5, PHP), mobile platform optimization (iOS, Android), content management systems (Drupal, WordPress), design software (Adobe Creative Cloud), UX/UI principles, SEO, and Microsoft Office 365 tools.
