Bim Coordinator

Description:

We’re working with a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering team in Toronto that’s looking to add a strong BIM Coordinator to their team.

The projects are large, complex and highly multidisciplinary, so this is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the technical side of BIM. You’ll be coordinating architectural, structural and MEP models, managing clash detection, solving Revit and interoperability issues, and working closely with project teams and consultants.

You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor other BIM team members, contribute to BIM standards and workflows, and help improve how projects are coordinated and delivered.

We’re looking for someone with:
• 5–7+ years of BIM coordination experience
• Advanced Revit skills
• Strong clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination experience
• Experience working on large-scale, complex projects
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, model management and coordination workflows
• Eligibility to obtain Secret Security Clearance
