Bilingual Vitality Personal Consultant

 

Description:

Manulife is seeking a Bilingual Vitality Personal Consultant to join its Distributor Relations & Learning team in Montreal. This role is instrumental in ensuring clients have a seamless and rewarding experience with Manulife’s Vitality Program, which is designed to support health, wellness, and long-term engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through onboarding, fostering engagement, monitoring progress, and helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team that has direct contact with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through meetings, calls, and follow-ups to ensure program satisfaction and long-term engagement.

  • Guide clients step-by-step through onboarding and provide ongoing personalized support for the Vitality program.

  • Motivate and encourage clients to achieve health and wellness goals by maintaining continuous communication.

  • Document client interactions, track progress, prepare reports, and handle escalated issues with professionalism and empathy.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case management and contribute to continuous process improvements.

  • Stay updated on evolving business processes and technology changes to improve client experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in French and English (mandatory – ability to support clients across jurisdictions outside Quebec).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.

  • Solid knowledge of AWD, Mainframe, Salesforce, and other business applications.

  • Strong technical skills with ability to navigate and utilize multiple systems effectively.
