Description:
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist to support the testing of Contact Centre systems. This 12-month contract role is based in Mississauga, requiring onsite presence 4 days a week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for systematically testing new releases of systems such as Unity, Knowledge Base, and Five9. You will ensure systems function in accordance with business requirements, create and document test plans, and report findings to the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Create test plans, scripts, and detailed test case documentation.
Conduct end-to-end integration testing and defect tracking.
Track managed defects, analyze results, and provide comprehensive reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
Coordinate all UAT testing activities including strategies and test data management.
Participate actively in project and cross-functional meetings.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of UAT, software testing, or QA experience within a call centre or healthcare support setting.
Experience with contact centre technologies such as CRMs, telephony, IVR systems, and ticketing platforms.
Strong documentation skills, test planning, and execution knowledge.
Understanding of SDLC, defect tracking, and UAT methodologies.
Data analysis and reporting experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
