What The Day Will Look Like
- Creating and implementing sales processes and identifying opportunities to create efficiencies in the marketing of our services and the onboarding of newly acquired clients.
- Supporting market research to identify new business development opportunities and prospect lists.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with Aon producers.
- Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
- Supporting the writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
- Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists, predominantly Aon Connect.
- Tracking submitted proposals and sales activity, and providing feedback to management.
- Supporting producers in the generation of meetings for the practice.
- Develop Aon IQ and Health Solutions acumen.
- Supporting the development of marketing campaigns and market facing communication/sales strategies to enable the business to win
- Diligent CRM through Aon Connect, regular contact with prospects, and maintaining a pipeline to achieve sales targets for the year

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Minimum 3-5-years of experience in a sales focused role or environment;
- Demonstrate strong business development acumen and process development;
- Demonstrated ability to manage business development activities, projects and reporting;
- Detail and results-oriented; able to balance multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines;
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Must have a positive attitude combined with a desire to contribute to the success of Aon;
- University degree is an asset.
- French / English bilingualism preferred due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
