Description:
To manage a varied portfolio of Application and Infrastructure-related integration or upgrade projects
Key Skills:
- Strong Applications/Infrastructure Project Manager
- Bilingual (French/English) REQUIRED
- Global, concurrent projects involving an ever evolving slate of initiatives (M&A, builds, migrations, integration)
- Strong budget forecasting, project planning, work breakdown structure, cost planning/analysis skills using MS Project or similar tool
- Can demonstrate and guide PMs on project planning/ forecasting skills alongside PMO Lead.
Job Experience:
- Minimum 10 years project/ program management experience.
- Prior experience in establishing and leading a large project, implementing new business capabilities and technologies.
- Proven track record leading and directing a portfolio of projects with a high degree of complexity in a demanding and political environment serving multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in projects involving different delivery partners and how to manage the delivery of external organizations (i.e. subcontractor management)
- Demonstrated people management skills
- Strong skills in risk management, budgeting and financial management problem solving and issue resolution
- Well-developed leadership, communication, negotiating, influencing and inter-personal skills, with the drive and commitment to achieve business objectives
- A practical, adaptable, innovative, collaborative, and solution-focused approach to issues
- Experience working with both business leaders and technical specialists
- Experience managing multiple project responsibilities in parallel
