Bilingual Project Manager

 

Description:

To manage a varied portfolio of Application and Infrastructure-related integration or upgrade projects

 

Key Skills:

  • Strong Applications/Infrastructure Project Manager
  • Bilingual (French/English) REQUIRED
  • Global, concurrent projects involving an ever evolving slate of initiatives (M&A, builds, migrations, integration)
  • Strong budget forecasting, project planning, work breakdown structure, cost planning/analysis skills using MS Project or similar tool
  • Can demonstrate and guide PMs on project planning/ forecasting skills alongside PMO Lead.

 

 

Job Experience:

 

  • Minimum 10 years project/ program management experience.
  • Prior experience in establishing and leading a large project, implementing new business capabilities and technologies.
  • Proven track record leading and directing a portfolio of projects with a high degree of complexity in a demanding and political environment serving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in projects involving different delivery partners and how to manage the delivery of external organizations (i.e. subcontractor management)
  • Demonstrated people management skills
  • Strong skills in risk management, budgeting and financial management problem solving and issue resolution
  • Well-developed leadership, communication, negotiating, influencing and inter-personal skills, with the drive and commitment to achieve business objectives
  • A practical, adaptable, innovative, collaborative, and solution-focused approach to issues
  • Experience working with both business leaders and technical specialists
  • Experience managing multiple project responsibilities in parallel
